She said that she just wanted to come on and talk about this because for her personally self-care is a real thing for her this year and you know looking at the bible and being Christian girls sometimes we can sort of let ourselves go. It’s not about you but for her in the past she has sort of let herself go because the thing is with being a Christian sometimes we can focus on prayer. We can focus on bible study, focus on ministry and then you sort of leave behind other areas of your physical life that are quite important as well. So things like rest, things like taking care of yourself, making time for yourself, being able to say no, being able to put yourself first when you need … are quite important.
