Grace Lubega was born on July 21, 1987, into a Roman Catholic family. Following his schooling, he secured a job as a supervisor in customer care and customer service at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), which he left to focus on creating Phaneroo Ministries International.

The first service of Phaneroo Ministries was held on August 7, 2014. Phaneroo Ministries International attracts around 4,000 people in the UMA show grounds and thousands more online. The annual anniversary celebrations in August, on the other hand, are conducted at the Kololo Independence Grounds to accommodate the 30,000-40,000 people.
Grace Lubega is a vocalist in addition to being a preacher. His song “Yesu Ndi Wuwo” featuring Ivan T.I.T is one of his most popular. During fellowships, he often sings song covers and gospel medleys.
