Archbishop Duncan-Williams Sermons – Fear Not

Archbishop Duncan-Williams Sermons Fear Not

Today’s message by Archbishop Duncan-Williams of the Action Chapel International Ministry is  titled  “Fear Not”. The text for the message is taken from Psalm 23:4 – Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.…

From the scripture, we see David telling us that he will fear no evil as he walks through the valley of the shadow of death. Valleys are a deep and low place surrounded by mountains. We all are going to go through difficult and low moments. There will be situations that will threaten our existence but let us have in mind that it is not death but it’s shadow. No matter the situation you find yourself in, do not accept death.

Life is not a destination but a journey. On the way, there are smooth paths and there are the pothole. This means that there are times we will get to valleys just as we encounter the potholes. What do you do? just as you slow down at the potholes, keep walking and keep moving.

Your valley is only but a season and that is why you should keep moving. If you stay there it will kill you because in the valley of the shadow of death, there are strange things. Even when the hand of the Lord is upon you, we must go throw the valley. The one thing we should bear in mind is that God is with us.

Stop doubting God and his promises in your life when going through the low moments in your life. Whatever you are going through does not change the promises of God in your life.
