Be Still And know That I Am God
Be Still and Know That I Am God: The passage from the Bible is found in Psalm 46:10, “Be Still and Know That I Am God.
No matter what we are going through, we have to trust God.
God is our strength and refuge. We can depend on him even in the midst of chaos, secure in the knowledge that he is God. He is still on his throne.
Going through challenges in life can be hard for us to handle. God does not want us to face any challenges without trusting him.
God allows certain situations to affect us because he knows that they will make us better. We grow spiritually when we face trials and overcome them through Christ.
“My Father is always at his work,” Jesus said (John 5:17). God is always looking out for us. God wants the best for us in life.
God does not stop working and loving us. He never goes on vacation. On the eighth day of creation, after taking a day off, he resumed his labor and hasn’t stopped since.
There are great people in the Bible who waited on God, and he worked for them. We have to learn to wait on God because his timing is always right.
When Moses was getting the people of Israel from Egypt, the Israelites heard the Egyptian army thundering behind them and saw the Red Sea in front of them.
God said to Moses, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”(Exodus 14:13–14). God divided the red sea for them because they trusted God.
Conclusion: Waiting on God can be hard, but trust him because God is able to do all things.
