Bishop Paul S. Morton celebrates his multi-Grammy award-winning only son’s 42nd birthday anniversary today!
The founding Bishop Of Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International has taken to his Twitter today to celebrate his only son, PJ Morton’s 42nd birthday. He shared a photo of him with his Gammy award. Addressing PJ as ‘his only begotten son’, Morton wrote, “Happy birthday today March 29th to my only begotten son”.
He went on to express his admiration for PJ’s life achievements and personality. “@PJMorton son you have accomplished so much in your life, but I’m proud you have remained kind, and level-headed”. The proud father wrote, adding that he has made him “one proud dad.” “I love you. Happy birthday.” Morton said conclusively.
Paul Morton Jr., who was named after his father, Paul Sylvester Morton but widely known as PJ Morton, is the only son of Bishop Paul and Dr. Debra Brown Morton. PJ also has two sisters, Jasmine and Christiania. PJ is a multi-Grammy award-winning musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He obviously took after his fathers who aside from being a pastor is also an author and renowned gospel singer with 6 Stellar awards. He founded Morton Records, a record label he envisioned as “the New Orleans Motown”. Paul jr. is happily married to his wife Kortni Morton. They have been married since 2008 and blessed with three lovely children.
Following Bishop Morton’s statement about JP, he has been a bundle of joy to his parents. He however seems uninterest in the ministry work. A source had it that Bishop Paul Morton disclosed handing over his church to his daughter Jasmine and her husband Tyron Robinson on retirement.
