In this message, Bishop Jakes teaches that like Saul, you might be surprised that God chose you, a misfit, to be His messenger. It’s not because your past was perfect — it’s because there’s an anointing on your life! Sometimes, we can go full-steam-ahead on routes that we made up to destinations that we created. But all of that changes immediately when we have a divine encounter with God. As you make your way from where you’ve been to where He’s taking you, be sure to listen to your corner and make your life count in between fights!
When God say forgive, we should forgive, when God say let it go, let it go, Jesus is the light and stop making choices in the dark, Jesus shows up as light he illuminates situations, he will show you perspectives. One moment with Jesus can radically revolutionize your life. Just like Saul he was living under the law and he was a pharisee and he have not done anything to Jesus, he had only attacked those who followed Jesus but Jesus takes it personal when you attack his kids(Christians) but one moment with Jesus Christ changed him and he got a new perspectives about life and that changed his value system and he changed his name to Paul.
If you encounter Jesus you got ti give up everything you encountered before and walk away from it. God shows up and when he does he changes everything in our life.
