Bishop TD Jakes Sermon – Surviving in a Dry Place

Bishop TD Jakes shares this new sermon and message titled “Surviving in a Dry Place” which we are bringing to you to listen to and meditate on. TD Jakes who is the husband of Serita Jakes herein teaches that God is the rainmaker as He is the One who rescues you from a dry and dusty road and drenches you in the promise of a fruitful future. He however said that to make it rain on your life and your circumstances, you will have to kill the things that held you back. This message is taken from the scripture: 1 Kings 18:41-46 (NIV).

Encouraging mothers on the just concluded mothers day, TD Jakes wrote on Instagram “To the mothers who have fiercely loved and wrongfully lost, my prayer is that God soothes the pain that lingers in your hearts. Our suffering Savior is with you and He knows deeply the unequivocal hurt you feel. You never walk the grievous path alone.

He is with the #SoleSurvivor.”

  1. Dear Bishop TD Jakes good evenin… Today in my mornin devotion: Four things on earth are small yet they are exceeding wise: the ants are people without strength yet provide their food in summer. The badgers are people without power yet they make their home in the rocks. The locust have no king yet all of them march in rank. The lizard can be grasped on the hand yet are found in king’s palace. Amen, Shalom… T. Lu Jane
