It is not just about financial wealth because we cannot put our trust in money. God gives us all richly things that are beyond money to enjoy – 1 Timothy 1:7.
Pastor Brian tell us that the year 2020 was not what we thought it would be but where we put our trust is very important. You may feel like you have lost it all but if your wealth is in the cross, then you have not lost anything. Now is a good time to ask yourself the question: where is your wealth?
He added that not only spiritual wealth but we need to be spiritually alive. It is not self- righteousness. It is not being Judgmental and legalism. It is more than belonging in a church. We need God’s active sense to be present in our life. Spiritual wealth is not measured by longevity – that is it does not matter how long you have been saved. It is not measured by your spirituality.
He went further to tell us that Spiritually alive goes beyond being spiritual. we should have that faith in Jesus and the presence of the holy spirit. That is what makes us spiritually alive.
