At that moment, it feels like you have run into a brick wall; an insurmountable situation where everything just quit on you. It could be a person or a thing and you find yourself reeling from breakdown.
Chrystal went on to share a little story about a car she has had for 10 years and what happened when the car quit on her in the middle of the road. She had to move the car out of the road to safety first.
Often the first thing you need to think about when something breaks down in your safety. When you realize that there is a breakdown in your life, you need to assess what is the first and most important thing to do.
The mistake we make is trying to pretend that we do not need to be safe and pretend that the engine did not shut down. What you need is to be safe, secure and okay. This is your basic need and there is no apology for assessing your basic need.
Another you should do when lief comes to an unexpected halt is to get some help. Sound the alarm and get some help. a lot of us do not ask for help yet we are in a location loaded with people that love us.
When life breaks down on you just like the car, and you decide to push it yourself without any help, what you are doing is perpetuating and prolonging the eventual major breakdown of you.
There are people in your life, there are support that has been built in your life to help you but you do not place the call. You should call and get help when you need help with your business, finances even your marriage.
Further, Chrystal made another interesting point on what we should do when our life comes to a halt. That is to stick with our assets. You may not have to stick with everything but you should find a way and stick with your assets. You have to stick with the things that matter to you.
