Pastor Dollar teaches in this message about grace and how we can grow in it. We have to know that grace is made available to us through Jesus Christ. Believe in Jesus, and you’ll be saved, and if your house believes in Jesus, they’ll be saved. We have to believe in Jesus so that we can start to live under grace, not under the law. We can’t clean ourselves up, which is why we need Jesus to clean us up. Glory to God, and he will do the work in us. You keep trying to do the work you can’t do, and he will do the work in you. When we allow God to do the work in us and transform us from the inside, God gets the credit for doing that in us.
We have to know that God is coming back soon, and the Lord is giving us time to be saved. We have to be on guard so that we will not be carried away by the eras of these wicked people and lose our own secure footing, but rather we must grow in grace. Understand that growing in the knowledge of Jesus Christ gives you the capacity or what it takes to grow in grace. Growing in the knowledge of Jesus Christ gives us the capacity—a good place to start—to grow in the knowledge, not just knowing about him but eventually knowing him. Growing in knowledge, then intimacy, and finally grace happen simultaneously. As you grow in the knowledge and the knowing of Jesus Christ, you’re going to find yourself growing in grace.
