The Hungry Generation Church is a Pentecostal church in the United States of America. It was founded by a Russian Pastor Vasiliy & Lyubov Parkhotyuk.
The church was founded in 2001 shortly after Pastor Vasiliy immigrated from Ukraine to Tri-Cities, WA. In August of 2003, the church purchased the property in Pasco, which became their home base.
The mission of HungryGen is stated as follows:
- Save (when a lost person gets saved)
- Deliver (when a saved person gets freed)
- Disciple (when a delivered person gets trained)
- Send (when a trained person gets mobilized)
On the other hand, the goal of the church is that every believer becomes a disciple maker.
Beliefs of Hungry Generation Church
At Hungry Generation they believe:
- The Scriptures Inspires, and that is the Word of God to man
- The One True God that exist in the Trinity. The triune Godhead consists of one true God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and Holy Spirit the third person of the Godhead
- In the Lord Jesus Christ and in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal returning in power and glory.
- In Holy Spirit, who is the Helper that Jesus promised that comes to exalt, convict us of sin, regenerate our hearts, lead us to truth, and empower us for spiritual life
- In Special Creation. They believe the triune God created the universe apart from pre-existing materials and without any evolutionary process. They also believe in the historicity of the first eleven chapters of Genesis
- They believe that Satan was originally created a perfect being. He rebelled against God. As a result, he became depraved, the devil and adversary of God and His people, the leader of a host of angels who fell with him. Satan has been judged and defeated at the cross and awaits his ultimate doom at the conclusion of the Millennial Reign which takes place after the Second Advent of Jesus Christ

Pastors
Pastor Vasiliy & Lyubov Parkhotyuk are the founding pastors. They founded the Hungry Gen in 2001. Pastor Vasiliy has had the foresight to mentor the younger generation from the outset. At a very young age, he invested in youngsters to train them to become pastors.
Vlad Savchuk, who is 30 years old, joined Hungary Generations’ energized team of pastors and leaders in 2016 and took over as the head pastor of HungryGen. At the age of 16, Vlad started leading a youth group, and over the next 14 years, that youth group evolved into the current church.
