Jentezen Franklin: Fight Against Extreme Temptation

We bring to you today’s message from Pastor Jentezen Franklin, which is titled “Fight Against Extreme Temptation.”

Pastor Jentezen teaches us in this message that when the Devil came to tempt Jesus, Jesus used the word of God to fight against the Devil.  Jesus kept saying to Lucifer, “It is written: When the enemy comes with extreme temptation and with extreme attack against you and your family, that’s a sign because it’s a season that won’t last forever, but you ought to double up on your extreme worship.”

We have to understand that fighting the Devil with our own strength is not going to be easy. We can only fight the Devil with the word of God; we have to spend time with God by reading his word and listening to him. When you sense you’re under extreme demonic attack, get extreme consequences; extinguish extreme worship; and get extreme into the book and read it. Christians sometimes need some extreme services and some extreme worship. We need some people who are not ashamed to glorify God and say, “Yeah, I believe in the blood of Jesus. We have to believe in God and trust him in order to fight against extreme temptation. You turn the worship on if depression comes, and we don’t have to behave like the people of the world.

Having faith in God is really important for us as Christians because the Devil will always try his best to put us into temptation. There will always be temptation, and we have to know how to identify it because temptation comes in different forms and from different sources. Why don’t we get extreme about our faith in Jesus Christ? The enemy is extreme; we have to go against them with extreme fasting, praise, and warfare. One thing we should not say is that we don’t have time to spend with God.
