Today, we bring you a message from Pastor Joel Osteen titled “Grow Through It.”
Pastor Joel teaches us in this message that before we’re born, God chose us and equipped us to fulfill his calling in our lives. We often dwell on bad things that happened to us in the past and become negative, but we have to know that God allowed them to happen to us because he wants us to grow. We grow in faith in times of difficulty, and we should not be negative. We may not come from the right background or have the right education, but we have to know that there is nothing impossible for God to do. God is about to open new doors and opportunities in your life; you just have to believe in him.
We’re all strangers and could not measure up, we don’t deserve God mercies and goodness but the Bible said “While we’re all yet strangers and far off God brought us near through the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus said in John “you didn’t chose me i picked you.” We might feel that we don’t fit in and come from different background none of that stops God. We might be thinking that we make too many mistakes and we are not qualified for God’s blessings. We have to stop listening to the negative thoughts in our head. We are exactly who God is looking for, we don’t have to be perfect. God sees what is inside of us and we have to agree with what God said we are. God have made us fearfully and wonderfully made, he knows our potentials. Before we’re formed in our mother’s womb he already picked us and approved us. God has put callings in our lives and we have to see ourselves the way God does in order to fulfill it.
