Theme For Joyce Meyer Devotional November 29 2020 – Discovering Your Destiny
Many people are confused about what they’re supposed to do with their lives. They don’t know what God’s will is for them, so they’re without direction. If you’re in that position right now, or doing nothing because you’re not sure of what to do, then take some time to pray. Thank God that He has a destiny for you, ask Him to lead you, and begin researching and trying some things. As you keep your eyes open and “get your feet wet” in different things, you’ll eventually find what you were designed for, and it’ll be just the right fit for you.
Think of it this way: When you go out to buy a new outfit, you probably try on several things until you find what fits right, is comfortable, and looks good on you. Why not try the same thing with discovering your destiny? As we take steps of faith, our destinies unfold. Thankfully we don’t have to be afraid to make mistakes, because God is with us, and even when we do mess up, He’ll always bring us through it.
Prayer Starter: Father, thank You that You have a divine destiny for my life. As I step out in faith, help me discover Your plan for my life. Thank You for showing me more about who You are and who I am as I walk with You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
