In this message Joyce tells us that we need to be serious about turning our lives over to God. We have to tell God “here i am Lord do whatever you want to do with me, we have to surrender completely and involve him we everything that we do. It’s time to get serious with God and just the fact that you go to church does not mean that Christ is the center of your life. God wants to be the center of everything and invited into everything that we do, Jesus didn’t die so that we can have religion but he died so that we have personal intimate powerful relationship with God.
If you’re looking to find who’s spiritual don’t look in the church, because we all fake to be spiritual when we get to church. If the Devil going to stir anything up it’s going to be before you get to church because in James “the words must be sown in a heart of peace by those who work for and make peace. We have to get to church building in peace otherwise we are wasting our time and the word of God will not take root in our lives. We can love God and he will not be the center of our lives and we can be Christians but not a serious one. We have to fall in love with Jesus Christ and we have to know that Jesus cared about every single things in your life. Jesus does not only love you, he’s in love with you.
You might think that you got away from problem but you can take the it with you in your soul. That’s why God does the work on the inside of us and it’s not easy. We have to be close to Jesus, Jesus said anything you ask in my name you will have it. We have to make a decision to get serious with our relationship with Jesus.
