Joyce Meyer Ministries Provides Essential Supplies to Over 1800 Residents at Back-to-School Block Party
With thousands of students across the United States preparing to return to school after the summer holiday, Joyce Meyer Ministries’ Â world missions outreach, Hand of Hope has joined forces with Greater Church in Acworth, Georgia to provide essential supplies to over 1800 residents during the recent annual back-to-school-block party.
The event organized by Greater Church and held on July 27Â was a resounding success. The event provided 600 bags of groceries to local residents, ensuring families had access to nutritious food.
Additionally, more than 1,000 book bags filled with essential school supplies were given out, helping students prepare for the upcoming academic year
The block party offered much more than just supplies, providing a sense of community and support to those in need.
Joyce Meyer, renowned televangelist and president of Joyce Meyer Ministries shared the news expressing her gratitude to partners and benefactors of Hand of Hope.
“Thanks to the help of partners and friends like you,” she wrote. “Joyce Meyer Ministries’ Hand of Hope was able to help Greater Church (@mygreaterchurch ) of Acworth, Georgia provide over 1,800 local residents with 600 bags of groceries, over 1000 book bags filled with school supplies, and so much more at their annual back-to-school block party.”
