Life Changers International Church: Belief, Service Times, Location, And Pastors: The Life Changers International Church is a multicultural church with a mission to introducing people to the real Jesus; empowering them to rise to their true worth & purpose; and changing mindsets that change the world.

Beliefs

The Life Changer Church believes that:

1. One God, revealed as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

2. God is on your side. We believe you can make it!

3. The absolute inspiration and authority of the Holy Scripture is given by the Holy Spirit.

4. Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward change and identifies each believer with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection.

5. God calls every Christian to be a member of a local church. Psalms 92:13 says, “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish.” And Jesus said, in Matthew 16:18, “The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church.” Being a part of the physical expression of God’s Church is vital for a victorious walk with God.

6. Man was made in the image of God and is the crown of His creation. Man is, prior to salvation, by reason of Adam’s sin, spiritually dead and alienated from his Creator. But now, we walk in our covenant rights and royalty.

7. The priesthood of the believer is that all Christians have equal status and direct access to God and the throne of His grace.

8. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is available to all believers— empowering them for evangelism and equipping them for personal edification and the edifying of the church.

9. Salvation and justification is by grace through faith in our Lord’s blood sacrifice on the Cross at Calvary.

10. God is not Mad at you, but He is Mad about you!

Pastors

In 1993, Gregory and Grace Dickow established Life Changers with the goal of creating a multicultural church based on God’s trustworthy promises.

Not long after being married, Gregory and Grace Dickow relocated to Chicago and started organizing Bible studies in a hotel conference room.

The church was founded in 1993 in Elk Grove, Illinois, with only a small group of individuals gathering in an elementary school gym.
With its rich message of God’s grace and love, this newly established non-denominational church quickly expanded and attracted a vibrant following.

After 25 years, Life Changers now supports two physical sites as well as our online global church community.
One of the most distinctive multicultural churches in America, Life Changers is ideally situated to reach Chicago.
