God’s grace has placed us on a dream team that we never imagined. Our past is forgiven and our future is blessed and assured. In the book of Romans 5, Apostle Paul itemizes the three blessings of grace; the first si peace with God. This he described as the greatest peace and the greatest blessing of all. When we reconcile with God, he changes from being a foe into a friend. This peace leads to the second blessing which is the presence of God. Christ finds us outside the throne room and ushers us into the presence of God. The presence of God is where we find the third blessing. Instead of getting condemnation, we find mercy and grace.
When we find the second blessing, the third is that we are happy because our future is secured.
The gifts are permanent and our privilege lasts as long as God is faithful. Guess what? the faithfulness of God is everlasting. God’s faithfulness has been described by various prophets in the bible. God is calling us today to take our place and share in the glory of God’s family.
