In this message Pastor John points out how a lot of people avoid the offer made in John 3:16 because it looked too good to be true. However, when desperation heighten we realize that we need to take a second look at the offer. God’s offer of a free flight home demands a second look and john 3 16 morphs from a nice verse to a life vest many of you are wearing.
“You are and you can recount the day you can bear testimony to the day that you put it on first and it it wears
like your favorite blanket. All those phrases ; God so loved the world, he gave, he loves, eternal life, Those words have guided you through many many winters. I pray they warm you through the ones that remain”
Pastor Max urged others who have not accepted the offer in text to take a second look and not walk away from the offer.
“Would you please consider seriously taking Jesus’s offer get on board. You don’t want to miss the chance to see your father.”
He tells us that you need to give God your answer to the offer he made you. The scripture says Christ will live
in your heart as you open the door and let him in – Ephesians 3 and verse 17.
Today you are being urged to say to God, open the door to your heart. Your prayer doesn’t have to be eloquent just honest and heartfelt.
