Joyce Meyer has given us a new message titled “God has freed me from sin” where she teaches how the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ saved us from sin.
The wife of Dave Meyer and the president of Joyce Meyer Ministries took to Instagram to write:
“Jesus’ death and resurrection completely paid for your freedom from sin, and now that you’re in Christ, His Spirit—the same Spirit that raised Him from the dead—lives in you (see Romans 8:11)!

Romans 8:2 (NIV) says that…the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death, and 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV) reminds us that through His sacrifice, we have literally “become the righteousness of God.” How amazing is that?

Since you’ve been set apart and appointed by God since before you were born (see Jeremiah 1:5), made totally new and filled with His very nature and character, I have some good news for you: You have what it takes to do everything He’s called you to do!”
