“Life could be sometimes described a bus you can’t get off of and when moving it may make you feel dis-oriented, dis-placed, distresses, distracted, disappointed or disillusioned. I was on a panel today and one of the incredible panelists said, “One of the greatest problems we experience is self-deception.” It was pretty powerful actually in the context it was being used in. Out of context I use it just to encourage you that sometimes you’ll feel like you’re on the roof of this non-stop bus called life or barely hanging on underneath. You may be kicking and screaming not knowing where it’s going or rightfully so asking why the bus isn’t moving or why it’s not stopping in other parts of life matters.
It may seem rocky. Scary. Terrifying and maybe you feel like just…..crying. But friends don’t give up. Don’t give up. Don’t give up.
