Pastor Bill Cloud Biography
Bill Cloud was raised in a traditional Christian home in South Georgia, although his exact date of birth remains unknown. He got born again in the 1980s and only had hunger and passion for the word of God. In September 1988, Bill decided that it was time to get his act together and live a more normal life. He began visiting a church in Deland, FL, with his family. It was here that they first learned about the importance of Israel and Jesus’ Jewishness.
In 1990, he took a trip to Israel to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. It was there that he developed a strong affection for the land, the people, and the language during this “ordained period.”
Bill began learning Hebrew under the guidance of a local Rabbi soon after and has since spent countless hours studying not only the Hebrew text but also the Hebraic foundations of Christianity. Bill’s interest in the language stems from his desire to unearth the secret gems within the Bible and convey them to believers in the Messiah, along with our Hebraic roots.
Bill has gained a greater understanding of the prophetic element of Scripture because of this revelation. Because of this research, Bill has created several media tools that deal with prophetic themes and lessons about our lost Hebraic heritage.
Pastor Bill Cloud Family Life
Beth Cloud is the wife of Bill Cloud. They both grew up in the same south Georgia town, attended rival high schools, and lived just a few doors apart. Their relationship began in March 1986, and they welcomed their first child, Brandon, into the world in early 1988. Nathan, their second son, was born two years later. Their other children include Alan (born in 2003), Allison (born in 2005), and Melody (married to Brandon in 2018).

Ministry
Bill moved to Tennessee with his family after his Tutelage from a Rabbi. He settled in Cleveland, where he began working for Perry Stone ministries’ Voice of Evangelism. During his time, Bill’s knowledge of Hebraic themes, including the language, was widely disseminated leading to requests to lecture at many churches and conferences. Early in the new millennium, God was calling the Clouds to step out of their comfort zone and into full-time ministry. They found Shoreshim Ministries in May of that year.
Bill has appeared with prominent teachers like Perry Stone, Jonathan Cahn, Joel Richardson, and Hal Lindsay in a variety of venues across the country. He has also been on several television shows broadcast on various Christian networks around the world.
Bill and his family founded Shoreshim Ministries to reintroduce Christians to the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua. Also, they aim to educate believers about their faith’s Hebraic roots. Because of this knowledge, followers of the Messiah may better interpret end-of-the-world occurrences and determine our role in the last days.
God called the Clouds out of their comfort zone once more in February 2019. Bill’s travel was reduced as they began hosting meetings in Cleveland. They, their children, and many local believers found Jacob’s tent in June 2019. They will continue to convey the message that has eternally transformed their lives.
