Pastor Craig Groeschel shares this new sermon and message titled “The Power of Emotions in Leadership” where he teaches that we all want to seem smart, strong, and innovative and we want to impress people. He went to to teach that impressing people is not the same as connecting with people as he shows how connecting with people’s hearts is the quickest way to inspire them to action.

Teaching about ‘Rest’ , Pastor Craig Groeschel took to Instagram to write:

“What I’ve come to realize over the years is that one of the most spiritual things we can do is rest. I’ve learned there is a difference between being “tired” and being “depleted.” If we are simply tired, a nap can solve our problem. But when we are “depleted,” we need to do something that refills us.

I know taking time off or spending time with loved ones isn’t possible for everyone right now, but spending time with God is. If you are feeling depleted, I want to encourage you to spend extra time with Him today. I believe that with God’s help, we can all come out of this challenging season not only feeling RESTED but spiritually REFILLED.”
