He said the title of this message is one man against the world because it’s what it must have seemed like for Elijah. Elijah wasn’t totally alone … he thought he was alone and he stood alone on the mountain and God heard his prayer and miraculously intervened. Does God do that today?
David Jeremiah said it is not an irregular occurrence because miracles aren’t regular occurrences but once in a while God intervenes. Once in a while God moves into something and he does something you just can’t explain … nobody can explain it because there isn’t any explanation.
