Herein, he reminds us that when we submit our plans and problems to God, it creates space for Him to show up in our situation.
He taught from Genesis chapter 12 and said that what God wants to do in you and what God wants to do for you and he does it must then go through you. We can’t be like a nasty pond that is just always receiving feed … our lives should look like a flowing river of blessing wherever we go. Whatever God is doing in you and whatever God is doing for you, He’s going to do through you and if God can trust you to get it through you, you are made.
