You see whenever it comes to this topic of border control in our modern world one of the compelling reasons that people want to discuss having an open border is that they say the quality of life on the wrong side of the border is so bad that if we removed the border then we would have the opportunity to improve the quality of life.
Matt Hagee said this is exactly wrong because the reason there is a distinction in the quality of life is the very fact that there is a border.
