He also shares what has come to pass over the course of his life as a result of valuing vision and he also reveals the word of the year for 2023!. Pastor Mike points out that God doesn’t want you to figure life out. What God wants is for you to go in the steps that he has already laid out for you. However, a lot of people are very disobedient and bent learning the hard way, then back it with “all things work together for good”.
If you are obedient to God and stepping in the way he wants you to, then you have accountability in the community. You may not be perfect but surely you are making progress. He added that it is unfortunate that we have become used to making mistakes then hoping that it becomes a testimony afterwards.
Also, Pastor Mike talked about how vision is more valuable than money. The book of Proverbs 29:18 says that where there is no vision, the people suffer. This is to buttress how important vision is. A lot of the apathy that we have in life is because there is no vision, and where there is apathy, depression comes in.
The reason why people feel like they are not amounting to anything is because of lack of clear vision. This will lead to anxiety and depression. When you get a vision, everything changes.
