Stephen Chandler was born in 1985 in the United States of America. He comes from a strong Christian background and his father, Ron Chandler was a minister.
Ron Chandler is the founder of New Life International Fellowship. The church was handed over to Stephen which led to the birth of Destiny Harvest Church.

Pastor Stephen Chandler is the senior pastor of Union Church, Maryland. Before Union Church, Stephen and his wife, Zai had pastored the Destiny Harvest Church for 10 years.
Pastor Ron Chandler, the paternal grandfather of Pastor Stephen Chandler, launched New Life International Fellowship in 1997. On the other hand, Bishop Rollins, Pastor Jimmy’s father, established the Living Waters Worship Center on the other side of the community in 1994.
The two men each established successful congregations before handing the reins over to their sons, Pastors Stephen Chandler and Jimmy Rollins, in 2011 and 2012, respectively. As a result, the two preachers founded i5 City Church and Destiny Church.
With thousands of members, both churches became well-known for their vibrant cultures and dedication to bringing entire families into a passionate relationship with God.
Pastors Stephen and Jimmy embarked on a new mission in 2020 that would bring two vibrant congregations together, following months of prayer and direction from overseers and elders. The merger of Destiny Church and i5 City Church, formed the Union Church on April 4th, 2021. On Psalm 133:1, Union Church was established. God requires a blessing where there is unity, according to Psalm 133:1.
