Hand of Hope is the arm responsible for carrying out missions in Joyce Meyer Ministries. The goal is to help as many hurting and less privileged people as possible, to alleviate human suffering and to help Christians grow in their faith.
Remember that a passage from Matthew chapter 25 reads:
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me. …I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me! (Verses 25:35-36,40 NLT).”
From when it was launched to now Hand of hope has
- Treated more than 245,000 people
- Dispensed 793,000 free medications
- Prayed with more than 86,000 people to receive Christ
Dave Meyer, Joyce Meyer’s husband is also an active part of this Arm as he supports his wife in whatever way is possible for Dave who is a Veteran of the US Army. Hospitals has also been built by Hand of Hope in places like Ethiopia, India, Cambodia and Haiti.
