“If you believe that God will work for you but you are busy making your own plans, worrying and distressed, something must be wrong with your faith. For example – if you pray over some troubles in your life and later find yourself full of anxiety and worry, it is as if you have never prayed at all. All prayer of faith must be followed by an absolute trust in God that He is now working out the answer. For we who have believed enter into rest (Hebrews 4:3). Faith and rest cannot be separated from one another. Whenever we truly believe, our heart will be at rest.”
