Prophet Uebert Angel Biography
Hubert Mudzanire, now known as Uebert Angel, was born on March 4, 1972, to Mr. and Mrs. S K Mudzanire. Mudzanire changed his name to Uebert Angel after he claimed angels visited him over 50 times. He also claimed that he saw the Lord six times, and he was once caught up in paradise.
Angel was born and raised in the Zimbabwean city of Masvingo.
Education
Angel holds two financial degrees from the University of Bolton, as well as a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Edinburgh.

Prophet Angel is married to Beverly Angel, who is a prophetess in the same church as Prophet Angel. She is also the mother of his four children and a director in his many businesses.
Since the start of his church in 2007, Angel and his wife Beverly Angel have both been involved in humanitarian activities. Through his “Adopt a Family” program, he assists needy families in Africa and Asia by supplying monthly groceries and paying children’s college expenses.

Career
Angel returned to Zimbabwe in March 2011 after spending 13 years in the United Kingdom. He claimed God told him to return to Zimbabwe to execute God’s order.
He began his career as an entrepreneur in 2005 when he created Club Millionaire Limited, which provided concierge services in the United Kingdom. Also, He began his real estate career by developing residential properties before moving on to commercial properties.
The prophet cum entrepreneur sold his first house in 2006. In 2008, he created Sam Barkeley Construction and The Angel Organization, the parent company for his commercial interests, of which he is the CEO. He also leads the parent company’s other businesses, including Brits Bank and Atom Mobile. Similarly, he is also the founder of The Millionaire Academy, whose claimed mission is to teach people how to be great entrepreneurs.
Currently, Angel is working on several commercial real estate projects, including converting a former West Midlands cinema and nightclub into a theatre-style events center. The construction of Angel’s office headquarters in Lincolnshire, East Midlands, is another UK project.
Ministry
In 2007, he moved to Manchester, England, to start the Spirit Embassy ministry. It changed its name to “Good News Church” in October 2015. The church ministry gained many followers. Today, there are now 70 branches in over 15 countries across Europe, Africa, and the United States.
Similarly, Angel has also launched Miracle TV and Good News TV where he carries out regular speaking engagements and broadcasts programs on behalf of the Good News Church. He is also the founder and president of Osborn Institute of Theology, an online Bible school that was launched in August 2012.
Humanitarian Works
He is also the founder of the Free Earth Humanitarian Organization, which works to ensure that they meet the fundamental needs of poor people. Some of his philanthropic acts include:
- The payment of school fees for 797 children at Kadyamadare Primary School in Zimbabwe’s Chikwaka Communal Lands in January 2020.
- Payment of school costs, including levies, for 1026 pupils at Bota Primary School in Masvingo for the entire year.
- Â $15,000 donation of mealie meals to feed poor families in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe.
- Distribution of bags of mealie meal and cooking oil to vulnerable members of his 5000-strong Spirit Embassy: GoodNews Church in Harare, Zimbabwe, a month later.
Political Career
Zimbabwean President H.E. President Emmerson Mnangagwa nominated Angel as the nation of Zimbabwe’s Ambassador at Large and Presidential Envoy angel in March 2021. They reportedly gave ambassador Angel a salary and benefits package of $15,000 per month, which he declined.
Meanwhile, since his appointment, Angel has taken on several initiatives, including the construction of The Harare Hippodrome which will be accompanied by The Beethoven Hotel, an executive hotel.
