Royal City Church Pastors
Pastor Andrew is the Lead Pastor of Royal City Church based in Los Angeles, CA (Inglewood) since October 2021. Andrew Carter was born on August 11, 1984 (age 37) in United States and he holds degrees in health promotion and education as well as community health education. He is also an author and motivational speaker, who routinely posts on social media about topics relating to faith and fitness.
Both Andrew and his wife Kyra are the founders of Royal City Church. The couple got married in 2021. Together, their passion is to tell the world about Jesus. They aspire to spread the gospel that will reach their community and the world.
One fascinating thing about pastor Andrew is that he has no Pastoral background nor experience in the church. His sojourn into full-time ministerial work began after his Tiktok video went viral. This has yielded a church and a non-profit, and has cemented his status as a religious leader.
Andrew uses his story of overcoming obstacles to encourage, motivate and inspire others. The foundation of his philosophy is built on his relationship with Christ and the principles of consistency and discipline. He is also the founder of Andrew F Carter Ministries, a non-profit organization through which Pastor Andrew takes his goodwill message and glad tidings to the rest of the world and also passionately improves the living conditions of the less fortunate and undeserved communities.
He is an author of two devotionals called, “The Struggle Is Real But So Is God” – Volume 1 and 2. Andrew has three sons, Andrew Jr., Ezra and Zavier.
Royal City Church Beliefs
Bible
One major belief of the Royal City Church is the belief in the Bible. They believe that Bible is the Word of God. They also believe that because it was inspired by God, it is the truth and applicable to our everyday lives.
God
They hold the belief that God is eternal and that He revealed Himself as one God existing in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Although each member of the Trinity (three-in-one) serves different roles, they believe that the trinity hold equal power and authority.
Sin
They believe that sin separates us from God and His purpose for our lives.
Jesus Christ
The Royal City Church believe that Jesus Christ is God and the only One who can reconcile us to God. They believe that Jesus lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again to life, and ascended to Heaven. They also believe that Jesus will return again.
Salvation By Grace
Another belief of the Royal City Church is that by grace through faith in Jesus, we receive salvation, forgiveness of our sins and reconciliation to God. The Church believes that water baptism is available to all believers.
They equally believe that God has a plan and purpose for all of our lives. He enables us by His grace to grow in love, unity, and relationship with Him. Also they believe people will exist eternally after death. That’s eternity with God or separated from Him.
