Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
Prayer Against Barrenness And Infertility
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
Amen.
God allow me the quietness
to acknowledge the things I can’t change;
fearlessness to change the things I can;
furthermore, astuteness to know the distinction.
Living without rushing too much;
getting a charge out of one minute on end;
tolerating hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this corrupt world
as it seems to be, not as I would have it;
assuming that He will make everything right
in the event that I surrender to His Will;
that I might be sensibly cheerful in this life
also, especially content with Him
always in the following.
So be it.
