Steven Furtick said that when you put your mind on a mission to find misery, the Devil will help you look. He said the Devil is rubbing his hands saying “Ooh. You want to feel bad. Oh, I’ll help you harvest that. Oh, you want your feelings hurt. I will help you harvest hurt feelings. Oh, you want to be pissed off. I’ll help you pick.”
The one who seeks finds. Your mind is magnetic. That’s why the Bible says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” It’s not what you go through that defines you.
He reminded us that there are still mighty revivals happening in Churches. There’s still the glory of God covering the earth like the waters cover the sea and you can find that too in the field just like Ruth got Boaz from the field.
