What is God’s love language?
What is God’s love language? Everyone of us knows that God is love, but we don’t know his love language. His love for us is unconditional, and he will do everything for us when we put our trust in him.
The Lord has trusted us to love other people the way he loves us. For the thought he has for us is good and not evil, so that we can have a beautiful end.
Our obedience to him is also important, for the Lord values his words. The commandments that he has given to us are to guide us through life so that we can spend the rest of our lives in heaven.
The Lord wants us to give ourselves to him willingly, not by force. Our heavenly father knows us more than we know ourselves.
We can’t claim to love the Lord, but we don’t obey his commandments. Many of us don’t really care about the will of God, but we want all his promises to come true in our lives.
Our flesh will do everything to make us sin against God, so he instructed us to kill it. A sinful life may appear fun, but it leads to destruction.
Obedience is better than sacrifice.
Saul in the Bible disobeyed God and wanted to use sacrifice to please him. Our Heavenly Father doesn’t care about our sacrifice; he wants our hearts.
When we obey him, that makes him happy, and he trusts us more. Every commandment that God and Jesus Christ have given to us is for our own good.
If we obey everything that the Lord says, our lives will be full of peace and happiness. Everyone will also live in peace with each other.
The devil has designed sinful living to appear more fun than godly living. A sinful life will lead you to hell and will also be full of regrets.
If you agree to live for the devil, he’ll destroy you here on earth and also take you to hell. Gambling every day will lead you to debt and poverty, so nothing good comes from the devil.
Sleeping around will lead you to getting std and demons that will destroy your life. God doesn’t want any of us to deal with bad things from the devil.
- Gambling
- Pornography addiction
- Drug addictions
- Lying
- Cheating
- Cutting corners in business
- sex addiction
- wickedness
- hatred
- judging
- complaining
- selfishness
All these will not only lead us to hell, but they will also destroy us here on earth. We can never see a godly Christian who is dealing with the consequences of ungodly living.
Even in times of trouble, the Lord will deliver you because you obey him. He’s not a man who will lie about his promises.
God’s Commandments
- You shall have no other gods before me.
- You shall not make idols.
- You shall not take the name of the LORD, your God, in vain.
- Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.
- Honor your father and your mother.
- You shall not murder.
- You shall not commit adultery.
- You shall not steal.
- You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
- You shall not covet.
When we obey his commandments, he will be in control of our lives, and we will have peace. Jesus Christ came on earth and saw that keeping the commandment was hard for us, so he made it a sample.
Matthew 22 vs. 34–40
[34] But when the Pharisees heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
[35] Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him and saying,
[36] Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
[37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
[38] This is the first and great commandment.
[39] And the second is like unto it: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
[40] On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
