“When The Man Of God Touched Me, God Touched Me!”
Mr Rafael Shimunov’s body was filled from head to toe with different diseases. The Russian underwent five separate surgeries on his eyes as his sight steadily deteriorated – diabetes ravaging his already frail system. His daughter, Susan Shimunov, led her father into the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo on a wheelchair. “As soon as the prophet prayed for me, I felt goose bumps going through my body,” the elderly Russian recalled. Immediately, he stood up and began to walk! “When the man of God touched me, I knew that God Himself had touched me,” he continued, adding that he slept that night for the first time in years without any pain.
The next day, his once reddish eyes had remarkably been infused with white – clearcut evidence the deterioration of his sight was miraculously reversing! What a God we have to worship; what a Son we have to praise; what a future lies before us!
