C3 Church Australia Mourns the Loss of Long-time Leader, Fergus McIntyre

C3 Church Australia is in mourning after the passing of beloved longtime leader Fergus McIntyre, who died Monday night after a courageous battle with cancer.

The news was shared on social media by the C3 Australia church team, who expressed their love and sadness at his passing.

“With much love and sadness, we honour Fergus McIntyre, who passed away last night after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family,” the statement read.

McIntyre is remembered for his powerful prophetic voice and inspiring spiritual leadership. He is also remembered for his significant impact on the church’s growth and the lives of many.

“Fergus had a significant impact on many of us in C3 Australia over the years, and beyond our movement to the wider global church,” the church writes.

“He spoke with powerful prophetic impartation, unlocking faith and purpose, and carrying the heart and love of God to those he ministered to with intercession and empathy.”

The C3 Australia community expressed their condolences, sending love and prayers to McIntyre’s family and friends.

“We send our love and condolences to his wife Judy, family, and friends, and uphold you all in our prayers. “Heaven has welcomed a hero,” the C3 Australia team wrote in their tribute.

News of McIntyre’s passing has been met with an outpouring of grief and appreciation on social media. Many shared how he impacted their lives. Some called him a “hero” who has now been welcomed into heaven.

“So sorry to hear this. His life impacted many, including ours. One of the first, most significant prophecies I received was from him,” one user wrote.

“Precious man of God. He will be missed. He built, encouraged, and helped so many people and impacted the Kingdom of God. Love and prayers to you Judy and the rest of the family,” another added.
