In collaboration with best-selling author John C. Maxwell, Church of Highlands pastor and author Chris Hodges has released their highly anticipated new book, “Jesus the High Road Leader.”

The book, which launches Septembe17, offers a profound exploration of Jesus’ teachings and invites readers to follow His example of taking the high road in life.

It draws inspiration from the Sermon on the Mount, where Jesus famously taught his disciples to love their enemies, turn the other cheek, and go the extra mile. This radical message, according to Hodges, can be summarized as “Take the high road.”

“Today is release day for Jesus the High Road Leader! Written together by best-selling authors @johncmaxwell and Chris Hodges,” the authors announced in a social media post.

“In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus told people to love their enemies, turn the other cheek, and go the extra mile. His radical message can be summed up this way: “Take the high road.”

“Jesus the High Road Leader” explores how every step of Jesus’ life exemplified this principle and invites readers to follow the same path. The book offers a fresh perspective on leadership, demonstrating how Jesus’ example can guide us towards a more compassionate, courageous, and impactful way of living.

“This book shows how every step of Jesus’ walk on earth took the high road and invites you to follow the same path,” Hodges explained.

Through insightful analysis and practical applications, “Jesus the High Road Leader” equips readers with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with grace, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the world. The book is now available for purchase at bookstores worldwide.
