Do angels still exist among us now?

Do Angels Still Exist Among Us Now? Most of us Christians are familiar with the word “angels” because we have a lot of stories about them in the Bible.

Some of us Christians have had encounters with angels in our dreams. People all over the world want to know why we are not seeing angels physically again.

The angels of the Lord have been with God, and they have various duties. Some angels are for passing messages, while others might be for protection.

When we are hurting and our hearts are broken, they are the ones that the Lord sends. They fight some of our spiritual battles because the Lord loves us.

So, do angels still exist among us? The answer is “yes,” but let us know a few things about the angels.

The angels have been in existence for a very long time, and they have been working for the Lord. As children of God, we must know that everything about God is true.

If the angels are not true, God will not speak about them in the Bible. Many people in the Bible had encounters with the angels of the Lord.

People like Mary, Abraham, Hager, Lot, Gideon, Samson’s parents, Philip, and so on. All the people that had encounters with the angels had one thing in common, which was “strong faith.”

Note: No one really knows the gender of God’s angels, so we use “he” for general purposes.

  • Guardian Angels: One of God’s most powerful angels is Gabriel. In the Bible, he was mentioned three times, and each time he came as a messenger. The first time Gabriel is mentioned in the Bible is in the Book of Daniel. He also brought messages from God to Zechariah and also to Mary about the good news that she would become pregnant and give birth to Jesus.
  • Archangel: Angel Michael is the only angel that was called an archangel. Many people do believe that he is the angel who fights for us. Angel Michael is known to be the head of a battalion of angels. In Revelation 12, he leads angels in a battle against Satan and demons, while in Daniel, he battles Persia’s prince, expected to play a significant role in end-time events.
  • Healing Angels: Raphael, an angel mentioned in the Old Testament Book of Tobit, is the archangel who cares for Tobias and is the Patron of Healing in the Catholic Church.
  • Judgement: Angel Saraqael, also known as Zerachiel, is the Archangel of God’s Judgment and the patron of Matrimony, as described in Book of Enoch chapter 20.
  • Harmony: Angel Raguel, the Archangel of justice and harmony, is a key figure in the Book of Enoch, tasked with promoting harmony and fairness among people.
  • Repentance: Angel Uriel, a biblical angel, is often depicted as a cherub and the angel of repentance, wielding a fiery sword at the Gate of Eden.

Can angels take human form?

Recently, everyone wants to know the true form of the angels of the Lord.

Angels in the Bible are described as human-like, speaking like people, and bearing human-sounding names.

They do not have wings. Cherubim, with their wild human and animal-like features, are charged with protecting entry into the garden and guarding holy spaces.

They bring divine messages, including God’s desire to be close to humanity forever. They communicate through dreams, visions, and in-person visitations to help people move out of toil and death.

Also, we have to be careful about how we treat people around us because they can be angels. As children of God, we must understand that our father is watching us.

Hebrews 13:1-3
Remember to welcome strangers, because some who have done this have welcomed angels without knowing it. Also those who are in prison as if you were in prison with them. Remember those who are suffering as if you were suffering with them.
