Hand of Hope Responds to Devastating Flooding in Laos and Thailand
In the aftermath of the devastation caused by Typhoon Yagi and a dam failure in southern China, the surrounding regions of Luangnamtha, Laos, and Chiang Rai, Thailand, are facing unprecedented flooding. Joyce Meyer recently shared an update highlighting the severity of the situation, as water levels in both downtown and rural areas have reached between 1-2 meters. This widespread flooding has damaged vital infrastructure, including roads and bridges, leaving many residents stranded without electricity. Tragically, many people are trapped in their homes, lacking access to essential resources such as food, clean water, and power.
