Pastor Steven Furtick Sermon: I Can’t See The Promise Yet

Pastor Steven Furtick shares this sermon and message titled “I Can’t See The Promise Yet” where he teaches that when a solution seems out of reach, God is still near. In this sermon, Pastor Steven Furtick of Elevation Church reveals that our “impossible” situations are an opportunity for God to prove His presence. This is an excerpt from “Coming Out of the Drought.” Herein, he teaches that he believes that our faith must survive the invisibility stage.  The stage where you maybe, like Elijah, have heard  something, sensed something, perceived something,  believed something that you do not yet see. He said he spent like $70,000 on his seminary education, so every once in a while he likes to say stuff he learned there.  They talk about the “already/not yet”
eschatological tension. That is a $70,000 word. It just means that as things unfold there are certain realities of your new nature in Christ that you will experience already, but there is a part of it that is not yet fulfilled.
