Pastor Wade Joye Set To Launches Outreach for Men in Ministry and Worship Leaders
Pastor Wade Joye of Elevation Church has recently shared his upcoming initiatives designed to support men in ministry and worship leaders. Reflecting a sense of refreshment and a wealth of new ideas, Joye announced two new programs aimed at serving his community in meaningful ways.
The first initiative, “The Steadfast Way,” is a weekly group for men in ministry who seek to navigate the challenges of balancing faith, family, and their calling. Joye recognizes the unique pressures these men face and is offering a supportive space to encourage courageous and consistent leadership. The program includes four quarterly gatherings at Joye’s home, with the first event scheduled for Friday, August 30. Interested individuals are encouraged to reach out for more information.
In addition to supporting men in ministry, Joye continues his passion for nurturing worship leaders through a four-week intensive program starting in August. Open to both men and women, regardless of church size, this group aims to impart essential lessons Joye learned during his 14 years as a Worship Pastor at Elevation Church. He also offers an optional one-on-one coaching call to provide personalized guidance.
Joye’s commitment to equipping leaders extends to his upcoming projects, including a refreshed version of his “Joyful Leader” program set to launch later this fall.
