Sandra Stanley and her Daughter, Allison Launch New Book, “Meet Me in the Middle”
Sandra Stanley, the wife of North Point Ministries founder Andy Stanley, and a renowned author herself, is excited to announce the launch of a new book co-authored with her daughter, Allison Stanley Cooney.
The book “Meet Me in the Middle: 8 Mother-Daughter Conversations about Life and Faith” offers a unique perspective on navigating the often-challenging years of tween and teenage daughters.
Divided into eight sections, it features various topics relevant to mothers and daughters, including faith, friendships, relationships, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
“My daughter, Allie, and I have joined forces in our new book, “Meet Me in the Middle: 8 Mother-Daughter Conversations about Life and Faith,” Sandra shared on her Instagram page. “This book guides moms to a loving, trusting relationship with their tween and teen daughters as they grow closer, seek God together, and enjoy each other along the way.”
In the book, Sandra offers mothers insight into developing a caring and trustworthy relationship with their daughters. Allison, on the other hand, provides relatable insights and tackles typical issues that young women encounter. The middle of the book is a section with questions, activities, and ideas about each topic.
“We hope to foster open communication, have a bit of fun, and create a deeper understanding between moms and their girls,” the announcement reads.

This isn’t the first foray into the world of co-authored books for the Stanley family. Sandra and Andy are established authors and have collaborated on books like “Parenting: Getting it Right” and “The Comparison Trap.”
