The Potter’s House Church Set To Celebrate 28th Anniversary
The Potter’s House Dallas, led by Bishop T.D. Jakes, will celebrate its 28th anniversary on July 7, 2024. First Lady Serita Jakes recently reflected on the church’s journey, expressing amazement at the growth and impact of their ministry since relocating from West Virginia to Texas nearly three decades ago.
“My, my, my — 28 years have gone by SO fast! It feels like just yesterday when I moved from West Virginia to start a new chapter in Texas with my husband, five kids, and a few dozen loyal families. Looking back, I could never have imagined the grand scale of God’s amazing work in our lives and ministry,” she shared.
Mrs. Jakes also voiced her gratitude for the countless lives transformed, hearts healed, and spirits uplifted over the years. She remains enthusiastic about the future, anticipating God’s continued blessings and extraordinary plans for their congregation.
The anniversary celebration will feature Bishop Tudor Bismark as the special guest speaker, with musical performances by The Legendary Clark Sisters. Attendees can join the event in person or watch live via the church’s official YouTube channel or at TDJakes.org/echurch.
