“When God takes us from glory to glory, such increase incites Him to disrupt the things that once retained us. Still, it is our responsibility to accept the discomfort induced when trying to sustain His Glory. When life was uncomfortable, David sought God. When life was enjoyable, David found Him and did whatever it took to bask in His Glory, even if it was disruptive (Psalm 27:8-9).“
