Fresh Life Church Staff Bonds and Recalibrates at Summer Camp
Staff of Fresh Life Church, led by pastor Levi Lusko, have recently wrapped up their annual staff summer camp, according to a social media post by the pastor.
The post, filled with vibrant photos, captured the event’s spirit, which combined relaxation, team bonding, and spiritual renewal.
“Having our team together with families is a blast,” wrote Pastor Lusko. The post highlights a week filled with delicious meals prepared by the church’s “impact team,” worship sessions, and outdoor activities like campfires and lake time.
Adding a unique twist this year was the “2 Snakes Invitational Run,” offering participants a choice of 1.5, 6, or 10-mile courses – a creative way to encourage physical activity. The pastor also emphasized the importance of spending time outdoors for spiritual growth, referencing the popular Mvmnt Conference known for its outdoor worship experiences.
Beyond the fun and games, the camp featured a powerful session with guest speaker Debra Fileta. Lusko described her talk on leading from a place of emotional health as “one of the most powerful nights of ministry I have experienced in a long time.” Fileta is also scheduled to preach at Fresh Life this weekend, kicking off their summer reading program.
The post concludes with the pastor expressing deep appreciation for the church staff. “I love our team and am more excited than ever to serve Jesus with them as we move forward into the future,” he wrote.
