Joel Osteen Devotional February 6 2021 – Something New

Isaiah 43:19, NLT

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness.

You can’t go through life thinking you’ve reached your limit. I’ll never get well or be able to afford a nice house. Thinking like that is going to stop God’s best. Quit declaring defeat over your life. What God has destined for you will come to pass. It may not happen all at once, but that’s just a test of your faith. The enemy wouldn’t be fighting you so hard if he didn’t know something amazing was in front of you. You have to dig your heels in and say, God is about to do something new. His plans for me are for good, and any moment things can change in my favor. When you live with expectancy, that allows God to do great things. You don’t know what new thing could happen today. There’s something new from God that’s already begun. Do you see it? Get up every morning and thank Him that He s about to do something new.

Father, thank You that You are the God who is always doing something new, and Your plans are always good. I believe that even now You are working in ways I don’t yet see. I declare You are the author and finisher of my faith, and I look forward to great things. In Jesus Name, Amen.
