“When you understand that God is ordering your steps, that nothing can happen to you without His permission, then you won’t fall apart when a pandemic hits. You won’t live bitter when someone does you wrong. You won’t give up on your dream when life throws you a curve. That setback is only setting you up to go further. God had the solution before you had the problem. He’s already set the time to turn it around, set the time to open the right door, set the time to bring you out promoted, vindicated, healthy, and whole.
Draw that line in the sand and say, “I’m not going to let what’s happened to me, what didn’t work out, who did me wrong, keep me from becoming who I was created to be. Say, “Father, thank You that You’re fighting my battles. You being for me is more than the world being against me.” That’s what allows God to bring you out better.
God didn’t miscalculate when He designed you. He didn’t forget about the environment you would be in and the conditions you would face. Thoughts may tell you, “It’s too much. You can’t handle this.” You need to remind yourself, “I’ve been designed to withstand. I’ve got what it takes. I’m strong enough. I’m determined enough. I’m bold enough. I am well able.”
