Today, we bring you a message from Pastor Joel Osteen at the Lakewood Church Sunday Service titled “The Antidote For Anxiety.” The text for the message is from 1 peter 5.7. “Cast all your anxiety on him (Jesus).”
Pastor Joel teaches us in this message on how to deal with anxiety in our lives and there points in our lives where we’re to live in a worry. There is always something trying to steal our peace maybe our health, our children’s future, the nation economy. We have to be careful that we don’t allow the devil to steal our peace with worry, as Christians we’re to depend on God. Only depending god can help us deal with anxiety and hope for a better future. We should stop allowing the bad things happening allow us or what have happened in the past to steal our joy and peace. The only antidote to our anxiety is to give it to God, there are so many things coming against our mental health and that’s not how God has created us to live.
We can’t go around trying to figure out everything and living in worry. Most of us have things that are worrying us some of us are worried about our health, the house rent, our company that will wear us down. We should not go around carrying what we’re not meant to carry but give it to God. God loves us so much that he is willing to take care of everything that is worrying us, when we cast all our worry on him he will do amazing things in our lives.
