Kate Von D Renounces Witchcraft, Gets Baptized: Popular makeup artist, Kate Von D has taken to social media to share the joy of her new found faith.
The former tattoo artist, shared video from her own baptism ceremony to Instagram on Tuesday which has generated a lot of joy in the Christendom
To show his support, Von D’s husband, singer Rafael Reyes, celebrated his wife of five years in a comment, telling her, “I love you so much my beautiful wife, you continue to inspire me every day. I want to marry you over and over again!”
Kate’s lifestyle began to change in 2020, when she sold her cosmetics brand and began hiding her tattoos.
She and her family relocated to Indiana in December 2020 to escape California’s “terrible policies” and “tyrannical government.”
Last July, the Mexican-American TV personality, informed her Instagram followers of her plan to donate her old collection of occult, witchcraft, and tarot books, explaining, “I’ve always found beauty in the macabre, but at this point, I just had to ask myself what is my relationship with this content?”
“And the truth is, I just don’t want to invite any of these things into our family’s lives, even if it comes disguised in beautiful covers, collecting dust on my shelves,” the mother of one continued.
In an Instagram post, the reality TV alum revealed she was in the process of fully blacking out the bulk of her old tattoos, which she described as “extremely refreshing” to see “all the garbage, drunken tattoos” replaced by “sleekness and simplicity.”
